Dr. Corbin accepts some PPO insurance plans. Few breast lift procedures are covered by health insurance. Only breast reconstructive cases like correcting a congenital breast deformity, breast reconstruction after cancer and larger breast reductions may be covered by some insurance companies. If a patient wants to try to use their insurance for any of these breast lift procedures we bill the insurance company an initial consultation fee on the patients first appointment with Dr. Corbin. The fee for an initial consultation using insurance is $550.00. We inform each patient when they make their appointment what our fee policy is.
